Welcome to the 4th Macau Symposium on Biomedical Sciences 2017
The Faculty of Health Sciences of the University of Macau is going to organize the 4th Macau Symposium on Biomedical Sciences 2017. On behalf of the organizing committee, I would like to extend an invitation to all of you to join this exciting event, which will be held at the University of Macau, Macau SAR, China from 21st – 22nd June 2017
The theme of the symposium this year is INNOVATION, which includes but not limited to the following topics:
- Diagnostic Imaging and Drug Delivery
- Cancer Immunology
- Translational Trial/Personalized Cancer Therapy
- Cancer as a Systemic Disease
- Tumor Microenvironment & Metastasis
- Metabolism
- Signaling Networks and Therapeutics
- Developmental induction
- New technology
The Symposium aims at gathering scholars and professionals in the field of biomedical sciences that foster discussions and possible research collaborations. Last year, we are honoured to have a Nobel Laureate, Professor Mario Capecchi (2007) to be our keynote speaker. Over 300 participants attended the Symposium.
This Year, Professor David Largaespada from the University of Minnesota (USA), Professor Matthew Fisher from the University of California, Santa Barbara (USA) and Professor Nai-Kong Cheung from the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (USA) will be attending our event as keynote speakers.
