- Students are required to show their valid student ID card at registration desk on-site. If a valid student ID cannot be presented, the General Participant fee applies.

*All relevant bank charges incurred will be borne by the payer. The University of Macau should receive the full payment to settle the registration fee. To facilitate our follow up, please send an e-copy of the remittance advice to us via email at fhs@umac.mo when the fund is remitted.
CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
Substitution:
- If you are unable to attend the event for any reason, you are welcome to nominate someone else, from the same institute/organization, to attend in your place at no additional cost.
- Please advise substitution in writing to fhs@umac.mo for a correct name tag that will be available at the registration counter.
Refund:
Refund is not applicable under any circumstances.
